1. Prioritize Rank Advancements
One of the fastest ways to earn points is focusing on the new first-level rank advancements between Manager and Director, you can earn 10 points just by supporting your new team partners to achieve these advancements. The good news is that you only need a minimum of 3 rank advancements.
Strategy:
- Provide personalized coaching by working with each Partner to set clear and achievable goals based on their current rank and next rank they are aiming for.
2. Maximize Your Points with Quick Start Bonuses
In the world of Founders Club, maximizing your points is key to achieving success, and Quick Start Bonuses are a powerful way to do that. Partners will receive five points for each personally enrolled first-level Partner who earns a Quick Start Bonus, and an additional five points will be awarded for any first-level Partner who earns a Quick Start Bonus 2. Both, during the qualification period*.
Strategy:
- From day one, make sure your new recruits understand the requirements for earning Quick Start Bonuses. Explain the importance of placing a personal order of 120 PV within their first 30 days, enrolling at least four new Customers, or Partners, and achieving a Personally Enrolled Volume of 500 QV for QSB or 1,000 QV for QSB2.
3. Optimize Personal Volume and Inception Volume Every Month
By reaching 1200 PV of inception volume in a calendar month you can earn 5 points. Additionally, consistently maintaining a personal monthly subscription order of at least 120 PV, you can easily earn 12 Founders Club points during the qualification period.

- Take full advantage of any exclusive promotions or special offers that Xyngular runs. Promotions are a great opportunity to increase your inception volume.
4. Build and Cultivate Unique Accounts
A unique account refers to a first-level Partner who either moves up to a new rank between Manager and Director or earns a Quick Start Bonus. To earn the trip, you need 8 unique accounts, 5 unique accounts through first-level Quick Start Bonus earners and 3 first-time rank advancement between Manager and Director by a first-level Partner during the qualification period.

5. Stay Engaged with Xyngular Events
Attending Xyngfling and Xyngfest offers more than just a chance to network, it also awards you with special recognition. Qualifiers will receive a $100 cash award for each quarter requirements are met. Qualifiers from quarters one and two will receive the cash award if they attend Xyngfling; qualifiers from quarters three and four will receive the cash award if they attend Xyngfest.
